ONLINE BOOKING PROCEDURES

We work by appointments during bike season (spring, summer & fall).

This ensures the fastest possible turn around time on bike service! (usually same day)

Flat tires, sealant refresh, minor adjustments… just stop by, no appointment. Fast & reliable service for everyone!

BIKE SHOP HOURS;

(April-July) 8am-3pm Monday-Saturday & Wednesdays until 6pm.

(August-Oct) 8am-3pm Tuesday-Saturday.

(winter) 8am-3pm. Mon. / Tues. / Wed. / Fri. (Saturday by appt.)

• Please book one appointment for each bike that needs work.

• The online booking system is set to a default of 8:00am, when we open. Please note that you can bring your bike in any time during the day of your scheduled appointment. Bikes get serviced on a first-come-first-serve basis for the days appointments.

• If you drop your bike off towards the end of our day, it will likely get pushed to the following day for service. An alternative drop off time (if mornings are not convenient for you) would be the day prior of your service appointment.

If we don’t need to order any special parts we strive to have your bike ready either the same day or by the next morning during bike shop business hours. We work hard to deliver fast turnaround times on our bike repairs, and would appreciate the same respect in return when the bike is ready for pickup.

BIKES MUST BE DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP FROM A MECHANIC DURING “BIKE SHOP HOURS”, AND NOT “COFFEE SHOP HOURS”.
